The staff were nice. The rooms were very dated and need remodeling. Carpet was dirty on the stairs and things like the bathroom had several scratches on the cabinets, corners looked grimy along with the main door. Old room keys were used, no housekeeping was provided. The resort has a nice pool and dock area. You will need a rental car or golf cart before it’s a distant from many of the attractions.

Jenny the manager was very responsive when we had questions. Resort was nice with comfortable beds; we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen. Kitchen had everything! Definitely would stay again.

Property was very quiet and located away from all the hustle and bustle but yet very close to everything. All attractions including multiple beaches were only a short drive away. Rooms were nice. Check-in process was horrible. We received an email saying that we would need to call to arrange a check-in if we were arriving after 8pm. The number they provided went to a voicemail (during normal hours). I left two messages and never received a call back. I finally found a different phone number for Kees vacations, as they manage multiple locations. Talked to them, explaining we needed to arrange a check-in after 8pm, and they told me I needed to call the same number that no one answered. After a little more back and forth, I was finally given the number of the property manager, who helped us out and left our keys in a Dropbox for when we arrived (thank you!). Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and better equipped than we were told. The description of the room needs to be updated, we were told there was not any kind of stove burner plate, and in fact there was. Nice bonus. The room is equipped with a ductless heat pump for air conditioning; while functional, it made a constant buzzing noise. Probably could benefit from a service. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing the evening, we enjoyed that. Good location just minutes driving from most places in key west.

Great property on the water at the Marina . 2 salt water swimming pools and a nice hot tub . Best to rent bikes and go the Stock Island for lunch or dinner. Also can rent kayaks at Stock Island.

We had a great time. The property was clean and It was easy to pick up our keys. The restaurant didn’t seem to be opened while we were there but that didn’t bother us. It’s close to a ton of other places to eat. Location is good. It’s away from the busy streets and right on the water but close enough to grab a bike and head down to Duval. We will be back!
