The shuttle service was very helpful getting downtown. The shuttle drivers went above their call of duty to make sure you were happy. It is a great place to stay in a quieter area.

This hotel will definitely be our go to whenever we are in key west! A free shuttle to and from Duval every 45 minutes, FREE bottled water! Staff was super nice and knew all the best spots to eat at, our room was beautiful and super quiet, great drinks at the tiki bar next to the pool overall just an amazing experience 10/10

Overall the facility was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would change the dining area as it is too small for the size of the hotel and breakfast choices could be upgraded. The room was always clean and pool was amazing. Enjoyed the Cheekie Hut and food was awesome.

What a wonderful stay! All of the staff were personable and helpful- I would even say the front desk and concierge were exceptional! Room was a great size and clean, the grounds are well-maintained, and it is in a convenient location with frequent shuttle service from the hotel (close) to Duval St. While it’s not directly on the beach, there are nearby beaches 1+ miles away (the Gulf beaches are a shuttle ride away). Lots of activities nearby, you can walk/run along the oceanfront, and can enjoy the beautiful pool and Tiki Hut onsite. I am looking forward to returning!
