The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Comfy bed and clean room. The beach area and the property are amazing. Lighting at night is incredible. The whole place comes alive. Breakfast u see the tiki has coffee, oj and treats. Will definitely be back

Highly recommend this retro resort for a Florida Keys getaway! We stayed mid-week in standalone Cottage #3 (across from the dinosaur), which was perfect for relaxing away from Miami. Although we skipped the resort’s beach area for a John Pennekamp snorkel trip, we enjoyed the peaceful sunset in the cove. Staff are extremely helpful and provide everything you need. Note: Breakfast is very minimal, but High Tide Restaurant across the street has amazing homemade biscuits!

I was very impressed with the property. It exceeded my expectations.I will definitely come back and stay here again. The nicest lady checked us in. She went on to make sure everything was perfect for us. I’m upset that I can not rember her name so she can get credit for being so kind and welcoming.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sunset Cove. I will go back there again if I am in the area. The rooms were clean and offered more than I expected with a full-size refrigerator microwave and stocked with plenty of dinnerware if needed , bathrooms were spacious. Enjoyed the amenities, such as paddle boarding and kayaking and bicycling. Everyone was friendly! a perfect island retreat. !!!

Our stay was pleasant having our dogs for this trip been easy, very dog friendly one of the main thing why we chose this place. Staff like Kim is always been kind and helpful. Our room is always clean when we come back for our daily tour around the keys. Very good sunset spot

It’s a pretty tired property. The private beach is so small it was difficult to even use because of so many people. It’s a nice little property but lower the expectations of the “private beach”. Updating a bit would be nice but overall it was a good experience.

This was a perfect stop on our way to Key West. Being able to roll out of bed and stroll to the beach to lounge and snorkel was perfect. I wish we'd planned more time here. We had a room right by the road and were worried about noise, but it wasn't a problem at all.
