I was very happy when I arrived to the hotel. Everything was like brand new and very clean ! The kitchen, which is my favorite part, was spacious and had all the appliances and utensils necessary for my stay. The staff were extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this property if you want to have a relax stay with no issues whatsoever!!

Nothing good to say about the drive and FL. However, the room: clean, comfy. No staff, really- just AI. It was good enough for our diving trip. The room was spacious but had thin walls (we heard the tenants next door all night). The groomed beach and dock wall out front were great.

I can only speak about the room I got which was “La Palma” but I was disappointed by it. I regretted booking multiple nights before seeing the room. I was expecting something much nicer based on the photos of the hotel on Expedia. The main thing was that my room smelled really strongly like skunky beer, like a pub or a brewery. The room was also in need of some renos like the floor tiles that were broken. Women’s hair got stuck to my feet when I showered and the water pressure is really low. The beach access was nice and there are kayaks. If you’re just looking for a place to crash for one night and watch the sunset on your way through the keys this place would be passable (especially if you’re a beer drinker lol). But it isn’t luxury hotel. More of a highway motel meets air bnb (with private beach & dock) feeling.

Room was clean but with sand that kept sticking to our feet, which ended up in bed. We didnt even go to the beach, it was already in the room. Staff was all by txt so I never saw anyone, which was good and bad because if I had any questions or issues...No breakfast that I knew about or was told so I cant day anything to that. My main 2 issues & why I give it 4 stars. 1) the toilet was an issue to flush, it had no power at all so something was always left behind and you would have to flush a second time. 2) the shower was hot water and HOTTER water. We were sunburned from being outshine all day and just want a cold shower, that was impossible. Other than that it was real nice and had it's own private beach (I didnt use it but could see it.)
