Wir haben zum zweiten Mal im ArchRock Resort Urlaub gemacht. Wieder waren wir begeistert. Wir waren zu dritt und haben in dem Haus Gannets Cry gewohnt. Die Schlafzimmern haben sich in den unteren Räumen befunden. Unser Sohn fand das etwas unheimlich, da die Räume durch eine Zwischenetage getrennt waren. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht und haben die Unterkunft nur zum Übernachten genutzt. Möchte man dort länger bleiben oder auch das Haus richtig nutzen um dort zu entspannen würde ich ein anderes Haus im ArchRock Resort vorziehen, da unsere Unterkunft ein bisschen im Schatten der anderen Häuser lag. Die Anlage ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.

Beim Eintreffen im Arch Rock fanden wir zunächst eine vorzeitig geschlossene Rezeption vor. Allerdings wurde für uns ein Umschlag mit Schlüssel und Wegbeschreibung hinterlegt, sodass wir nach kurzer Suche unsere Wohnung finden konnten. Die Wohnung selbst war der absolute Hammer, tolle Ausstattung und traumhafter Blick auf den Ozean. Der Service war zuvorkommend und im, am Anfang des dazugehörigen Campingplatzes gelegen Italiener bot vernünftiges Essen zu fairen Preisen. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

2 night stop on garden route close to Plettenberg

Excellent location. Lovely porch for breakfast with views of the sea and whales in September. Only a walk down a few steps to get to the beach. Good sea food restaurant within walking distance. Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment, clean and reasonably well equipped. 10 minute drive from Plettenberg bay and the beautiful Robberg nature reserve for fantastic hikes and views.Good free Wifi and free parking close to apartment.
