Welcome surprise last minutes booking travelling on the day. Very clean and helpful staff. A little dated but the bathroom was super clean, shower powerful and hot, the bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Free parking which felt secure with good lights and cameras. Everything you need.

The shower didn’t work in my room, I tried to get it working for 10 minutes but no joy. I told the receptionist as I left and she said I must have been doing it wrong because it definitely works. I didn’t want to argue with her as she clearly just wanted to be right. Other than that the hotel is fine but could do with updating.

the floor is wooden and people below hear stamps of feet. Mattress were springs and noisy. Location is awkward and didn't feel like in a hotel. There's no restaurant to the hotel and adjacent events centre is detached too.
