I love the new manager! He is very personable! Since he came from Georgia! This place is so clean! Staff is always busy instead of standing around or not even found! He is an asset to My Place! Give that man a raise!

After experiencing Super 8 for one night ANYTHING would be an improvement! But My Place just took lowered expectations and sets the bar high! Great service, excellent amenities and will definitely stay again! One small thing they dont loan or rent cookware and your forced to purchase pots, pans.

Several outlets and lights did not work. We had a handicap accessible room. The shower head maximum height was about 4 ft. Non handicapped person had difficulty taking a shower. Three of four washing machines out of order.

The lobby was under renovation and there is no breakfast available except for store bought items. The location is a taxi ride to the airport- note it’s included and free but ferry ride is not. The first floor as well as some rooms are having some work done so it might have limited my choice of room. Otherwise staff was very very friendly ! And very very helpful.. It made up for the inconvenience of the renovation and dustiness in the first floor. The rooms were roomy and clean and had a little kitchen. Location not anywhere near anything except the diner of the landing hotel

The room has a microwave and cooktop but no pans and or servicing items. When I did the review for the hotel they responded to me that they do have pans for purchase and paper plates and plastic utensils that we just have to ask for them. I said well then a sign saying that or being told that at check in would have been nice. Also while we were there a very intoxicated lady was able to get into the hotel, past front desk and into a guest room that was occupied and the occupant couldn’t get her to leave so the cops were called. Very unsettling.
