All the staff were extremely helpful, the hotel was beautifully decorated and furnished and the rooms were lovely. Only a five minute walk into town and some lovely restaurants and bars. Throughly recommend whether you want to relax in Keswick or walk the surrounding hills. The boat trip was lovely and very reasonable, gave access to some pretty spots including the walk Cat Bells.

Unfortunately we had a very soft mattress I spoke to the receptionist and our room was changed straight away where the bed had a firm mattress. All other aspects of the stay were excellent brilliant setting lovely food and excellent staff. The only small let down is bedroom wallpaper which could do with an upgrade.
