We stayed for 2 nights with family. It was a prefect location to walk to the beach and market. I only wish they'd update the bathrooms; it had a moldy smells. The room itself was clean. The staffs were so helpful and friendly!!

Great place to stay

Large comfortable and quiet room with balcony overlooking the sea, lovely shower, good breakfast. Great infinity pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Water dispensers on each level, and good bar and restaurant for food and cocktails. Easy walk to explore the area and to just walk along the beach. Best to swim in the sea in the morning and evening when it's less busy. Overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay @ Saravon Hotel, Kep, Cambodia. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean, the beds comfortable & air conditioning works well. A wonderful breakfast was included daily. All rooms have a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. There is a pool on site. Walking distance to the Crab Market. Easy to get transportation if required. The restaurant has amazing food - something for everyone. We will stay there again!!

Beautiful setting with balcony views of the water. Very clean. Staff attentive. For me, being older, there are many stairs and mostly no handrails. For safety reasons I wish they had handrails. .

Great location and I think all the rooms have balcony’s and are on the water. Easy elk to Crab Market and pool overlooks the sea . As with most places in Cambodia no where to refill my reusable water bottle so left many refillable plastic bottles behind. Hope they fix this issue.

Excellent location

The location of this hotel was perfect. It is located right across the road from Kep Beach, which is as close as an hotel can get, and since the hotel is accessed by a short set of stairs, every room has a fantastic view of the water. The village around the hotel is a bustling place with many restaurants and small shops and it has a wonderful vibrant feel. The crab market is a nice walk or a very short tuk tuk ride away. The hotel itself is definitely dated and in need of upgrades. However, this did not detract from our stay here due to the location. There was plenty of hot water, the air conditioner worked well and the restaurant had excellent food. And the staff were very friendly. I would come back here for certain!

On arrival staff non engaging. Room very dissapointing and in need of update, bathroom in particular. No hot water for two of our 4 nights. Remote control for a TV but no TV just wiring hanging out of wall (ugly/ dangerous). Fridge did not work. No room safe. Had to request hand towels and hand washers. Breafast was adequate. However bar service was appauling no matter how many times asked drinks served warm and flat. Was not rectified on second night, bad service.

En stillsam oas på en stillsam oert

Saravoan visade sig vara en riktig pärla. Vackert dekorerade rum med en en vägg av ihopmurade runda stenar. Underbart vänlig personal och fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. På minuskontot: fräcka apor som stjäl från balkongen. Vi blev t.o.m. varnade att de gärna rycker mobiltelefoner och annat ur gästernas händer. Och man strider inte med dem. De har enorma och säkert orena huggtänder. Sängen var bra men för hård för min smak. Och dålig bild på TV:n. I övrigt allt bra. Vi är nöjda och kommer att återvända.
