Great communication with staff and a friendly shuttle over to Mayo Gonda. Apartment was squeaky clean.

This place is old and run down. The window latch didn’t work so the window couldn’t be locked, the second panel of glass was out of the track and flapping in the breeze. The worst part was this window was on the rooftop level where people could socialize I guess ? I was very uncomfortable with this situation and asked the gentleman at the front desk for a different room,,,,,he stated the only other room available was also beside the rooftop level where people could be. I had booked a two night stay , but after the first sleepless nite I cancelled the second. They would not reimburse me because I had prepaid thru Expedia /Pay Pal. I had also bought the insurance plan coverage, but they said they couldn’t help me with that.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment we received during breakfast at your hotel. Unfortunately, the lady in charge of the breakfast service treated us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Not only did she attend to us with a poor attitude, but she also turned off the lights in the dining area while we were still eating, leaving us in complete darkness. This behavior was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure that no other guests experience such treatment in the future. We chose your hotel expecting good hospitality, and this situation was far from that standard. Sincerely, Gerson
