Room was nice and big . Comfortable beds. But it hadn't been cleaned at all. Dirt and grime in the edges of the walls especially in the restroom. Floor hadn't been swept. They scheduled once a week cleaning but all he did was wipe the one counter table and take out trash no vacuum or cleaning of anything else. Took our towels but never gave us more. Sheets had crumbs and hair in them like they had not been changed. Good price and good area. People nice but the cleanlines can be much better.

All in all it was a very good stay at the property. I thank the staff for transferring me to another room when the room they originally had me in was not clean and I thank them for that. I did have a quiet stay otherwise.

Stayed here as a solo traveler for one night. The area was safe and quiet. There were several options for eating. The check in/out process was easy convenient. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. Plus the room had a nice, fresh scent and didn’t smell like cleaning products. Loved it!

They don't tell you on the website that this motel is actually a long-term motel, and any rooms not rented as long-term are then rented out nightly. The room next door had patio chairs and a grill right out front, as well as many others. So naturally there was partying well into the evening, transient people everywhere, and things just looked dirty. The room itself was quite dated, and the furniture was old. The A/C ran at one temp, but did keep the room fairly cool. The beds were ok, but the best thing about the stay was the water pressure in the shower. It was actually good, better than most motels. I would NEVER suggest to anyone to stay here!

Hideous Conditions-Deceptive Advertising

I chose Value Inn because I needed an overnight stay that was reasonably priced and according to the pictures seemed like a nice place. When I arrive at the address, I could not recognize the Inn. I kept rerouting, I even called the hotel to be sure if I was at the correct address. The pictures online were NOT pictures of the rooms at Value Inn. The exterior conditions were worse than the picture. There were trash cans overflowing with garbage. There were people hanging around outside of their doors. There was a man standing outside of his door staring at us. I did not feel safe. The room were dirty. The sheets were dirty. I left as soon as I entered the room. Then hotel associate did not give me a refund. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. I checked into the hotel across the street. It seems that V I am expecting a refund from a place that I did not stay because the conditions were hideous. I left so quickly, I forgot to take pictures; however, there are plenty reviews that are consistent with complaints of the conditions and deceptive advertising. Unbelievable!!!!!!

This property felt more like a long-term residence than a traditional traveler hotel. Personal items, bicycles, grills, and coolers were visible throughout the property, and exterior doors were frequently left open. Based on the atmosphere we encountered, my family did not feel comfortable staying at the property. We chose to change hotels so we could have a more peaceful evening and feel secure during our travels.
