Kendal Vacations

The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.

If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.

Our stay here was for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Very peaceful, relaxing and accommodating. The staff was great. Justin and Ervin were great in the kitchen and bar service. The food was excellent and they were able to meet my wife's gluten free diet with every meal. Manager Barry is great and has stories for days. It really felt like a family more than a staff!!

Okay stay, beds are comfy but some stains on the bedding and the AC unit was so loud we didnt want to use it. Room bathroom could use updating and fixing things like shower heads and faucets being very old. The pool unfortunately is a lot more rundown than the pictures provided and felt slimy on the bottom?. The free breakfast was ok, cereal and toast and eggs/sausages/fruit with juice and coffees. The staff were nice, we only stayed 1 night as a stop before going to the airport. Was fine for what we needed and felt safe. Had a taxi reserved for $30usd and those drivers were lovely.

The staff and the property were amazing! We will be back again! Best vacation ever!
