Stayed 1 night to break up a journey. We got 2 twin rooms. Although it's a tad dated it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Great view of the lake from our window. Discounted Macky Ds for breakfast. What more could you ask for!?

Towels have strange smell, linens are clean but the duvet itself has some black molds to it. Staff are very friendly though. Very helpful and answers all questions promptly. Parking is also very easy. Just front of the hotel and there are shops open 24/7.

We stayed in a family room which was brilliant. The kids had a separate sleeping area and separate beds which was great! Nice spacious room for the four of us. Everything needs updating but i overheard that this property is being updated soon. Unfortunately the water was turned off on our last morning. Reception warned us the night before which we were grateful for and we were provided with plenty of bottled water in the morning and an apology from reception which i was grateful for. We found this hotel a great base for visiting the lakes and overall really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and the property was clean with quick check in. We were north bound to Scotland so meant a slight detour but it was a great drop enroute convenient and good value. Ate at McDonald’s next door which my daughter was pleased about!

Really great location for a stop off going south. Very warm welcome at the reception, clean and comfortable room with lovely view over the lake. The decor could do with a bit of updating, but not an issue really and I had a really good nights sleep.

If anyone is staying you should know there is only a costa coffee or McDonald's for food. Remember to bring some spare tea or coff but there is probably more if requested. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bath needs some attention around the plus as its very rusty. The view was exceptional across the lakes with lots of house martins nesting in the eves.
