“This must be the best motel I have stayed at. Friendly check in. Easy to have a meal at the adjoining pub with friendly staff. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. No dust bunnies under the bed. Our stay was for overnight to make the final drive to catch the ferry so much more relaxing. A late checkout was no problem. It is off the main A1 highway so very quiet. I highly recommend a stay.”

“I had a car during this trip and it's my assumption that's pretty standard for people traveling to Tazmania so I don't know how the locatoin would be if you were relying on public transport, but it was pretty great otherwise. There was a really nice walk to the Woolworths and it seemed a short drive to the river front (unfortunately didn't have a chance to find out). Property was nice and they had a small kids room attached to the restaurant. Nothing to go out of your way to see or anything,...
