Well…if you keep in mind the hotel is nowhere close to five starts category, you are going to enjoy the fairness of three star hotel with good location. Pack the iron: there is no iron available, only pressing service which is not immediate.

This hotel surprised us with how brilliant it was. I'm always sceptical of all-inclusive food options - but here, the food was amazing! such good quality and a huge, varied selection. There's a 24hr steak-house and patisserie too if the main restaurant isn't enough! The entertainment at night was brilliant too. Highly recommend and we spent 3 brilliant days/nights here.

Overall, we had a really good stay and the hotel offered an excellent all-inclusive experience, although there were a few things worth being aware of. The hotel seems to cater predominantly to Russian tourists, so don’t be surprised if you are one of very few British guests. There was also very loud EDM/dance music playing throughout much of the day, with a DJ on the pier every evening until midnight. This was enjoyable at times, but felt a little excessive on quieter nights, particularly on a Sunday. The buffet food was good and offered a decent variety, but this was essentially the main dining option. The à la carte fish restaurant became fully booked very quickly, while the steak restaurant was quite expensive despite being within an all-inclusive resort. The 24/7 food court was very convenient, although the menu was fairly limited. That said, there was a lot to like. The all-inclusive package was very generous, the beach area was lovely, and I would definitely recommend booking one of the private cabanas. The spa was excellent, with treatments that were reasonably priced, and there was a good range of activities available throughout the stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable hotel with great facilities and a strong all-inclusive offering. With a few improvements to the dining availability and the volume of the evening entertainment, it would be even better.

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay here! We decided to treat ourselves to 3 nights at the all inclusive after travelling around Turkey for 10 days and we are so happy we did! The beach and pool were stunning and great to relax. The food was impressive and there was so much choice (even for a vegan like me!) and we found the staff helpful. I would definitely recommend to others. Yes there is music and it can be loud, but we still found it easy to relax and it had a really great atmosphere. I would come back again!

Nice compact hotel with beautiful beach

Very nice compact hotel, its alongside the beach so the sea visible from most areas in the hotel and everything is closeby . The beach was amazing- it was private, with sand where kids could play. There were always spaces available at the beach and pool. The food and drinks were also nice, good variety and desserts were top! all the staff were friendly. The only downside was the fact that the main and kids pools and water slides water temperature was very cold so it was not comfortable to swim in it with 5yr old. Overall nice and we would return!

This all inclusive was amazing compared to many others I’ve stayed in. Most importantly, the food was great! There were plenty of options every night and they even have a late option for breakfast for the people who like to sleep in on vacation. Most of the staff spoke English as well as Russian. The beach was great and there were plenty of chairs. The cabanas are beautiful and a great option to reserve if traveling with a group. Hotel room was clean, had a beautiful view of the beach, and anything you may need while vacationing. The only downside is there wasn’t too much to do at night besides hang out on the pier where they had a DJ until midnight.

Overall, the property was good. A couple of deficiencies I noticed. 1. The A/C throughout the resort was inadequate. 2. The staff at the food court couldn’t get their act together with correct order details. Excuses could be made but in the end, that’s all they are. Just excuses. The a/c systems need to be updated. For the amount the resort charges, one doesn’t expect there to be problems.

Terrible Customer Service

Hotel staff wasn’t very accommodating. A friend of mine made the reservation for the week before not realizing that we didn’t arrive until this week. They didn’t offer any assistance other than we could just rebook and pay all over again. Being that it was already 9pm and I was in the middle of no where, I just rebooked. Then once we finally re-booked they take me to a dirty room that hasn’t been cleaned. So they then have to find another room to put me into. Overall the customer service wasn’t the best. Also the location is ideal if you’d like to get out and see things you are very far away from everything. When I return to turkey I would not stay here again and I also wouldn’t recommend this place.
