Although we experienced an issue with our room booking upon arrival and there were some communication difficulties due to the language barrier, I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for the way they handled the situation. They listened to our concerns, did everything they could to resolve the issue, and compensated us for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. A special thanks to sevgi hanim from guest relations for her hard work, kindness, and dedication throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and her professionalism and caring attitude made a real difference. ☺️

We liked our stay at this hotel. We had booked a room with a double and single beds, but at the reception, the young woman told us that the system showed we had only booked a double bed. She contacted the manager, and the issue was quickly resolved. We were escorted to our room, and the suitcases were brought up by staff. After we settled in, the manager sent us a bottle of red wine and some fruit, which was a very kind gesture. The room was excellent—clean, near the pool, with a stunning view of the mountain. There was a spacious, green area where you could take a walk after meals, and the pool was large. The staff were very friendly, including the receptionists, animators, waiters, and vendors on the beach. The beach is pebbly, with very large stones at the entrance to the sea.

All inclusive for relaxation with tourist

We ordered the all inclusive hotel the same day as we arrived at an affordable price, for three days. The room was big and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the availability of free food and non alcoholic drinks during the whole day. Really good Turkish food, with many different opportunities. The hotel has its own beach, different pools and a good way for total relaxation. However, some notes. We did not expect this loud club music when we came, even though it was down at the beach, it was somehow hard to sleep before after midnight, friday night. At the beach I was bitten by some fish several times, so I started bleeding. My phone was broken during the stay. And the internet is not available at the room. One of the staff at the spa flirted and asked my wife out on a date while she was running at the treadmill alone, which I think is quite unprofessional (Even though I undestand who someone would be interested in my wife) ;)

We have just returned from our stay at Club Hotel and had a nice holiday. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and mountain views. The rooms were comfortable with air condition. The hotel is spread across several accommodation blocks. We stayed in Block B, which has recently been renovated. Our room was modern, comfortable, and beautifully finished. It's worth noting that Block B does not have a lift, whereas Block A1 does, so guests with mobility concerns may wish to request a room there. As with any newly renovated building, there were a few minor issues in our room, but these were resolved quickly and efficiently by Sevgi ( a special THANK YOU), from Customer Relations, who was always visible around the hotel, checking that guests were happy and ensuring everything was running smoothly. She was friendly, and quick to resolve any issues, no matter how small. The hotel has two excellent pool areas. The quieter pool at the rear of the hotel is perfect for relaxing, and we always found plenty of sunbeds available. The main pool, located near the restaurant, has water slides, daily entertainment, and is close to the beach snack bar. The private beach is few minutes' walk from the hotel and it is reached via an underpass. The sea is crystal and mainly pebbles and stones,so I recommend bringing beach shoes to enter and leave the sea. Overall, Club Hotel is a mid range hotel with all inclusive. It is clean with relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to returning in the future
