Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The front lobby could do with a little upgrading to live up to the hotel’s “prestigious” name. That said, my room was immaculate & beautiful!! I am very particular, some say highly critical about hotel rooms yet I thoroughly enjoyed my time, felt very comfortable & pampered. The location is also great. I’ll absolutely be back!

The room, staff and amenities are great. However it should be noted that this is a hotel people like to party at. We were kept up at all hours by the upstairs guests. They do provide ear plugs, but personally vacationing and needing to wear ear plugs isn’t exactly a relaxing getaway.

The staff were absolutely phenomenal, I came here to celebrate my anniversary and the staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect, upon entering our room we were welcomed with a charcuterie board and the most delicious chocolate covered strawberries. The room was extremely clean and smelled so nice inside. As a long time prestige hotel guest they never fail to give the best experience possible during your stay.
