“Lovely stay lovely place with plenty of history and plenty to do”

“The room we had were smallish but very well designed to use the space and very clean and stylish. Staff were very helpful. Didn't use the bar area until morning fir the delightful breakfast. Great breakfast. Surrounding area was beautiful and nice and quiet at night. The only con I could comment was I could here the tv in room next door, but not super bad, just enough that you could hear when trying to sleep. Otherwise, excellent place and the waterfall behind the place was great even though...

“We were lucky as we were allocated a room at the rear of the hotel with stunning views The staff were extremely helpful and we had a fantastic stay. This was our first trip to the dales, and were blown away by the location of the hotel, the local businesses etc. A huge thank you for a wonderful trip.”

“The hotel was out in the countryside with excellent views over the moors. It was very clean and well cared for. Car parking was good. The room size, bed size, etc was great. One small problem - the room lighting was not very bright during the night time. The food was excellent and the staff were great. It was also a great place for walkers with great access to the countryside. I would recommend it.”
