Most comfortable bed I had during my stay. Really beautiful comfy big room. My favourite hotel I stayed in Bali. It was nice to have a room with no ants & lizards coming in. Beautiful pool and big lounge area.

This was a perfect stay for our short layover in Bali. The property is in good condition and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are 2 restaurants and is very close to the airport. The rooms were very spacious and nice with balcony. Happy to recommend this stay!

We chose Watermark Hotel & Spa Jimbaran as we were looking for a place near the airport and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was really good, easy to get around, Babi Karya Rebo is literally across the road from the hotel and they also offered free shuttle to the beach and Discovery Mall. On the second night of our stay, the AC in our room stopped working, but the staff and management were amazing, they fixed it straight away. The 4/5 stars is only because we think the hotel is a bit dated, but overall good value! Thank you for having us again :)

My partner and I spent a night here after a long day of travel. Exceeded every expectation! From the service during our late check in, to all the beautiful and clean facilities. Buffet breakfast and rooftop pool were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

Disappointing stays in Jimbaran

I saw cockrocchs crawling on the wall and in the closet, 3 times in total. I know it should be taken for granted considering the rainy season. Even so, i feel like i didnt get my moneys worth. Despite these unexpected encounters, the breakfast was well served in an all you can eat way and they have pools on the ground and in the rooftops. And the staff was friendly.

This hotel does not look anything like in the pictures, it’s a very outdated property, it was probably nice a couple decades ago. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly, but the room was the noisiest hotel room I’ve ever slept in, it literally felt I was sleeping on the roadside. Plus whenever the guest from the other rooms would flush the toilet, shower, watch tv or anything like that, it would feel like it was in my room. I hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I had no choice with this one. I highly DO NOT recommend staying there if you like to have a peaceful night of sleep.

We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. The breakfast was nicely arranged with different foods including vegetables, egg, chicken, sausages, bacon, croissant, bread roll and fruits. It was ready at the lobby at 5:10am, we were impressed by this personal and flexible service. The room is spacious with everything we need. There’s plenty of space to sit and put our luggage. There are various restaurants and facilities and even money changer in the hotel, though we only had one night to stay in watermark and could not used those. The surrounding area is nice with a 24 hr Alfamart where you can find snacks, drinks and other daily necessities. There are also some local stalls, with a street stall that sell delicious martabek. We felt safe to walk around that area even late at night. The location is also excellent as it is very close to the airport. We would recommend this hotel and hope to stay here next time we come to Bali.

Hôtel confortable et très proche de l’aéroport

L’hôtel est idéal lorsque on arrive à l’aéroport de Denpasar ou que l’on doit repartir. En revanche, il n’y a pas grand chose à faire aux alentours sans prendre un taxi. Les chambres sont très confortables et le personnel est très disponible. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

The property is a little out of the way, but for a couple who like to spend time with themselves it is excellent. Japanese restaurant is one of the best in the world for quality of food.Hotel Breakfast, there is a big variety, but most of it is not hot enough. I asked the chef to make banana pancakes for me. He was very helpful and they were delicious. Staff at this hotel are polite and care about everything and go out of their way to make sure you are happy Rooms are very good, clean and tidy Overall, our stay was great not overly expensive close to Balinese food outlet, 10 minutes from the airport and probably 10 minutes from Jimbaran Beach. look out for special discounted room rates. This was the best hotel I've stayed in in Bali. Beautiful property and the staff were the nicest people ever, when I didn't make it to breakfast because I was sick they called me and then brought food to my room and made sure I was okay.
