Great hotel and amazing service. Got room upgrade at arrival, 100 metres to the beach with sunbeds, good variery at breakfast, and plenty of free water bottles refilled daily. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a few days at Jimbaran :)

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room serviced every day. Good restaurants with a varied menu. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful quiet beach owned by the hotel. Quiet location way from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Bali. Only 15 minutes in the taxi from the airport.

The breakfast was amazing with every genre of food imaginable. The rooms were excellent with perfect sitting tubs along with showers and very comfortable beds. There are tons of restaurants within easy walking distance on the beach. The only downside is that swimming at the beach is prohibited.

We loved our stay in this relatively new hotel. The view over the beach was amazing, the room itself, massive and very nice, huge king bed, bathroom was big also. Best of all, the staff were amazing. Ulan and the breakfast crew as well as the girl that welcomed us on our first day were lovely and friendly, remembered our names and what we were doing each day etc. highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were super nice. The breakfast had a huge selection and the food quality was excellent. I had a seafood buffet dinner at the Infinity sky deck while watching a sunset. The sunset was so beautiful that It became one of the highlights of my trip to Bali.

Need more variety for breakfast - pastry is OK Staffs were absolutely fantastic Got into an argument on my first contact with the reception. The room allocated to me was not what I was told about. From their viewpoint it was Expedia's fault and from Expedia it was my fault (I still don't know why and I ended up paying more than $500. I was just not in the mood to discuss after a 22 hour flight. That's too bad.

100% HONEST REVIEW. Trust me. The good: The hotel is in excellent location. LOOKS GOOD IN PICTURES THATS IT! (False advertisement) The bad: 1. They take your payment from Expedia but when you arrive they OVERBOOK and give your room away. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Should be ILLEGAL. I PAID MORE for the top floor and queen bed. Remember as tourist to a new country you book in advance as well as pay in advance and when you arrive they will give you room which is worth half the cost but you are left with no choice!!! (ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL !!) Also, hotel in every room bathroom SMELLS horrible like mildew/sewer due to plumbing! Unacceptable. Lastly if you book SPA or PAY premium they DO NOT keep appointment times! . EXTREME lack of professionalism. The breakfast area LOOKS good. But food/coffee/and food is COLD!
