“Odamız gayet temizdi çok memnun kaldık tam şehrin merkezindeydi sadece bu konaklamadaki en büyük sorunumuz girişteki resepsiyondaki çalışanların ilgisizliği idi kendileri Türkçe bilmesine rağmen bilmiyormuş gibi davrandılar hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar biz kendi çabamız ile giriş işlemlerimizi hallettik. Tek sorunumuz girişteki resepsiyondaki arkadaşların iş bilmezliği”

“The host and staff were really helpful, the listing wasn't accurate, hotel name in the App was different from what it was in reality, it was mentioned in the App that there would be a buffet breakfast however hotel doesn't have breakfast, but the staff somehow manged a reasonable breakfast in the room, the queen mattress was two single mattress pushed together and they were sliding away during sleeping creating a valley in the bed, we found dirty spots on the mattress, there were a couple of...
