The staff was nice, but the parking lot was super hard to navigate with the amount of potholes, Other issues we encountered, the toilet kept running every like 30 min and the pipes would squeal every time it would also, the bathtub drained super slow while showering.

Wasn’t too impressed. The TV’s didn’t work at all for the entire stay. Hallways smelled like smoke. Minimal water pressure in the bathroom sink. Vending machines were empty. Ceiling in the bathroom had been patched but not repaired completely.

This was the worst stay I have ever had. I booked this motel last minute. I did not arrive until 1245am & no one was at the desk. I pushed the button and then noticed a msg to call a cell phone.

The hotel is in a pretty rough looking area. There were a lot of questionable looking people hanging out in the parking lot at all times. I’m fairly certain there was quite a bit of less than legal business being conducted both inside and outside of the motel. I did not see an employee there the entire stay. When I called because no one was coming to check me in, I was told my key was in the basket on the counter. Throughout my multiple trips past the desk during my stay, I never once saw an employee there. The room was very dated and the wall mounted AC unit had way more wires hanging out of it than would probably be considered safe. Definitely not worth what they’re changing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was clean but hotel is very rundown. Holes in curtains and pillow cases and the bathroom fixtures were cracked and stained. Rooms are expensive for the condition.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had enabled hotel. The room was dirty in the middle of the night. The fire alarm went off and the night manager said just go back to bed. It'll never stay at a motel 8 again.

You get what you get for the price when it comes to cleanliness, amenities, and lack of upgrades. But what you shouldn't get is a basket of random key cards left accessible for anyone to use. We checked in quite late and I could have picked any random card and gone into any random room because staff wasn't there to help us and they were all left out for late check ins. We also asked staff for a crib, they said they don't offer cribs even though it's listed as an amenity on their site. So we asked for a cot, they said they don't have cots, even though we were standing 6ft away from them and I could literally see them. After pointing to them, they begrudgingly gave us one. We also had someone (assuming staff?) walk into our room at 8am while we we're still sleeping. No idea why.

First of all, no staff was there to assist us, our room keys were left in a basket. There was a terrible odor in the lobby, we had 2 rooms booked, I room (161) had such a terrible smell causing my adult son to become ill. Other room was (164) the one bed had such a sink hole that it was terrible. There was trash under the beds and just an overall filthy establishment. If I could I would give negative ratings. We will no longer ever stay here again
