We stayed for three nights. Pool was supposed to be open after redo but it wasn't and it looks like it won't be for some time. Breakfast was available for $10 plus. Room was clean but we had to ask for clean towels on the third day as we never saw any guest service staff. Took keys to front desk on leaving and was greeted by the lobby attendant reclining on the couch watching TV and was instructed to just throw it on the counter. WON'T be saying here in the future.

The checkin was slow and hectic. The Suburban studio room was nice and clean. We didn’t like that it was an internal room with the sliding door opening to the pool area. Fortunately, the pool was closed.

This was the worst stay we have ever had. Arrived @ 6:30PM to check in room wasn't ready. Told me they had another room that didn't have the hide a bed and the TV didn't work either. Took the room to not have to wait. No breakfast either and pool was closed. Room was tiny not big enough for what we reserved.

We reserved a Suite and were given a normal room. We were told that is what we had reserved and it was not. The room had hair all over it from the time we got there. There was no hand soap or lotion in the bathroom. The workers were rude when we asked for it.

We booked this location purposely becasue they advertise a pool and we had our kids with us. THE POOL WAS CLOSED. So frusterating. We also booked this hotel because they advertise a roll away option. They no longer offer that. had I not paid for this room ahead of the arrival i would have walked out and went to a different hotel that HAD a pool. Staff didnt care at all that thier website has inaccurate information.

I have stayed here a couple times before no issues. This time not a great experience, after booking based on having a pool, which when I checked in there was a sign that said it is closed. Which would have been nice to know on the website. Then coach roaches that was when I cancelled my stay for the next night. The guy up front did not really seem to care at all. There was also not hand soap in the room to wash your hands. Was not the best experience this time.

There are not enough outlets in the room and the hotel installed a very cheap extension cord that only accepted two-pronged plugins. The hotel plugged a three-prong cord into the two-pronged extension cord, leaving the ground prong outside of the extension cord. THIS IS A FIRE AND SAFETY HAZARD THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I took a picture and video of the hazard and will be submitting them to the Kearney, NE Fire Marshall. This is dangerous and I would bet there are a lot of rooms at the hotel with this situation. If management would like to speak with me before I provide the photo and video the Fire Marshall, please contact me by 5/5/25. If I haven't heard from management, I will visit the city inspection office and Fire Marshall's office on 5/6/25

The property is two hotels/extended stay. I waited in line at the counter only to find out I was at the wrong desk. The staff at check in was not knowledgeable and seemed upset when I told him I was there for Suburban Studios, because he had to go to the other computer. The staff person when I checked out was much more friendly. The bath tub did not drain. The shower water stayed in the tub, filled the tub over half way before I was out of the shower. It was GROSS. The room was clean. The light from the window was very bright, needs better curtains. The bed and pillows were comfy.
