“We had the most wonderful stay at Blackwell House in Scarva! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with every little detail thought of to make guests feel at home. The food was incredible (and plentiful!) and the rooms were spotless, cosy, and luxurious all at once. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly switch off and relax, and yet still feel utterly spoiled....

Lo único q podría indicar como desfavorable es que no están preparados para personas de movilidad reducida, no hay rampas ni elevadores y muchas puertas cortafuegos que cumplen perfectamente su función pero son una excelente barrera para una silla de ruedas.”

“Esta muy bien, si tienes reuniones de negocio o vas de vacaciones conociendo lugares y sitios por dias. El trato es muy amable y el sitio es tranquilo. Tienes cerca un McDonalds y un centro comercial pequeño por si acaso quieres comprar algo que hayas olvidado o de ultima hora.”

“The owner Julianna was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. The interior of the property is amazing, in fact it’s jaw dropping. Even her lovely cuddly dog (bear) will give you a warm welcome. Highly recommend.”

“Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle.”
