Great property, easily 4-5 stars! Great breakfast! Everything as you’d expect from such a place! Amazing gym! A real, nicely equipped, not some crappy gear just to have it and say “we have a gym”! Very nice SPA! Really, nothing to complain about! Excellent price too (especially if you stay here for skiing in Erciyes)

High quality hotel, suitable for business as well as holiday. Rooms are large, clean, and have great view of the city. The minibar is empty however, and scarcely a bottle of water is supplied. Luckily, the hotel is in the city centre, and restaurants are nearby. This year, the service in the spa section was terrible. Coming here for many years, this contrasted extremely. Rude, insulting personnell, strangely trying to comply to rules that make no sense, and trying to sell things in order to make profit. This is a disgrace for a 5* hotel and the Radisson group. Because of this years experience I would choose a different hotel for next visits.

Great Hotel in a Prime Location

We loved mostly everything about this hotel/our room (1 Bedroom Suite - Suite #1301) and would definitely stay there again in the future. The reception, dining hall, and cleaning staff were very polite and professional. The hotel is in a prime location right next to the Kayseri Forum Shopping Mall. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had lots of options. I especially liked the avacado toast which can be ordered (at no charge) from the Ala carte menu. Depending on the time of day, parking can be a huge hassle. There is a large parking lot behind the hotel but if you try parking in the afternoon, it can be VERY challenging to find a space due to its location downtown and it being next to the shopping mall. The hotel has valet service available but you may have to wait quite a bit to have your car brought to you if there are others in front of you as we experienced. Hotels.com states "some free mini-bar items" but other than two bottles of water and some coffee pods/tea bags, there was no mini bar. We liked that our room had two bathrooms but the clear glass door to the main bathroom with a direct view into the shower was an odd design choice. Anyone walking by (such as a child) can easily see into the bathroom while one is showering. The private changing room was a nice feature in this room type. A softer mattress wouldve been more preferable but was not overly uncomfortable. All in all, we had a really great stay.

Mein Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu Kayseri war einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen und sofort fühlte ich mich willkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, professionell und immer hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass hier Service auf höchstem Niveau großgeschrieben wird. Das Zimmer war großzügig, modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber, mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt und den majestätischen Erciyes. Besonders begeistert hat mich das Frühstücksbuffet: eine riesige Auswahl an frischen, regionalen und internationalen Spezialitäten, die keine Wünsche offenließ. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – zentral in Kayseri, sodass man sowohl die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt als auch den Erciyes-Skiberg bequem erreichen kann. Nach einem Tag voller Erlebnisse war der Wellness- und Spa-Bereich die ideale Erholung: Pool, Sauna und Hamam auf höchstem Niveau. Alles in allem ein Hotel, das Luxus, Komfort und herzliche Gastfreundschaft perfekt vereint. Ich kann das Radisson Blu Kayseri uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!
