Prime İnn apartments is a great alternative for a family or group of friends. Two generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The living area is also comfortable and spacious. We came to Kayseri for skiing and the location is great for proximity to the mountains. Highly recommend

Found our go-to spot in Kayseri!

Very glad we found this spot. It took a lot of research to find a place for my family of 6. It was clean and safe. The man checking in was very helpful and polite - worked well with language app SayHi.

Everything you need

The hotel has everything you'll need and is exactly as advertised. The staff is amazing (they don't speak English, but they make every effort to communicate) and super accommodating. I had to extend my stay for one day and despite the last minute uncertainty, they were very patient. They also granted me late check out without extra charge.

Great for bigger groups

I was very happy with the place. It was clean, roomy, and newly built/renovated. ~20 minutes from Kayseri airport. There was some confusion getting there because there were multiple Prime Inn's on the map and the employee who contacted me before check-in seemed to mention one of the other Prime Inn's. But once we got there, check-in was smooth. Check-in staff was helpful and friendly, too. The staff helped coordinate airport transport early in the morning and the drivers were on time, so I was happy with that, too. Would recommend!

Всё было супер! Отличные апартаменты, чисто , уютно, всё есть для проживания , начиная от постельного белья, заканчивая ложками. Фотографии соответствуют заявленному. Отличный ремонт и дизайн. Собираемся ещё раз сюда приехать

Недостатки: Хуже чем ожидалось, не соответствует заявленному. Заявленная м/волновая печь отсутствует. Посуды минимум. Уборка (мы ночевали 6 ночей) не выполнялась. Все предоставлялось только если мы требовали. Мебель не первой свежести. Отвратительная слышимость, особенно канализация и сантехника. Положительное - Хорошие кровати. Теплый номер.

Отличный отель, рядом с центральной улицей, чистенький, персонал замечательный. Горячая вода идет сразу, сливать и ждать не нужно. Мне лично только лампы настольной не хватало, но ее обычно ни в одном отеле нет.
