The hotel and staff are lovely, but the big issue is that the AC was not on, I have read multiple reviews and they are fully aware of this, and so this ment I had to sleep with the window open and earplugs, it's really a shame that they don't resolve this issue

My room was very hot the first night. I asked mgmt to look at the thermostat. Their reply was literally: “Open the window.” I told them I had but the noise from the road was very loud. The mgr shrugged. I asked for a different room. The mgr shrugged. Nothing was done. I left after two nights. I do not recommend staying here.
