Hotel top to bottom not bad clean and friendly staff but breakfast could be better but if you are looking for a hotel in Kayseri just make your reservation at dedeman I won’t be disappointed

Oda çok küçük ve bir Dedeman odası değildi. Önce odaya girdik klima bozuk sonra tamirci geldi yaptı. Ama sabaha kadar bir soğuk bir sıcak cebelleştik. Çok kötü bir geceydi.

Korkunc bir otel , muzik ve eglence sesinden uyumak imkansiz. Bu paraya Dedeman isminde boyle bir rezalet inanilir gibi degil. Bir isletme ya dugun salonu ya otel olmali. Eger konaklama yapan misafirlerini uyku uyutmayacak kadar rahatsiz edeceksen o eglenceyi ust katinda duzenlemeyeceksin.Elimden gelse butun parami geri isterim.Korkunc bir konaklama.Asla tavsiye etmiyorum.
