Absolutely loved my stay here! Such a charming, cozy place with a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was perfect, and I felt right at home. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back!

The house was absolutely beautiful, the owners were very friendly my wife can't get enough of their scones as she brought a bunch home. Our room was very cozy. Lots of things to do at the inn, and the grounds were immaculate. We loved being right on the lake.

We had a lovely stay at the Saucy Willow Inn. The property is extremely well maintained and the beds are very comfy too. We enjoyed spending some relaxing time by the lake and making use of the kayaks and lakefront chairs. The owners provided recommendations for dinner and the included breakfast was yummy too. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Incredible stay. Even with 6 rooms in the house, you still could find alone time with all the different areas. Well kept, the most caring and friendly staff and a beautiful lakeside view. Nothing could have been better.

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Saucy Willow Inn & Cottages. It’s a truly special place that makes you feel as though you’ve come home. The delicious daily breakfasts and comfortable accommodations made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved every minute of our visit and highly recommend Saucy Willow Inn & Cottages to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in the area.

You won’t regret staying here. It is very well maintained inside and out. The breakfast is plentiful and well presented. The beds are very comfortable. Access to canoes and kayaks was a bonus.

The restored farmhouse mansion was gorgeous and there were so many fun amenities. Swimming, kayaking, sauna, corn hole game. Lots to do in the surrounding area. The staff were lovely and so helpful. We will definitely be back!

Dave and Stephanie are wonderful hosts. The Saucy Willow exceeded all our expectations. Their continental breakfast was an unexpected pleasure with freshly baked scones, and other yummy healthy options. The food was freshly prepared each morning by their lovely and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean, quiet and super comfortable. There is a lot of space to unwind and feel at ease from the calm lake waters and the beautiful grounds

Wow, what a stay. Dave, Stephanie and the Saucy Willow staff were absolutely wonderful. The room with its historic charm was spacious and comfortable, the many amenities ensured we were never short of fun things to do and the breakfast was divine. Would highly recommend accordingly!

Stephanie and Dave have the most beautiful and tranquil lakefront location. The Inn is stunning! Stephanie greeted us in the morning with a beautiful smile and served a delicious breakfast of fresh homemade blueberry scones, fresh fruit, overnight oats, eggs, yogurt parfaits and lots of breads and bagels. Coffee was hot and very tasty! Each room is exquisitely decorated. Lots of things to do, and nice restaurants for dinner close by. Will definitely book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at The Saucy Willow! This beautiful inn is charming, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Stephanie and Dave were incredibly gracious hosts who have done an outstanding job transforming the property into a truly special place. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend The Saucy Willow and look forward to returning! PS Meeting Maria and Bill next door was a treat too :)

My wife and I were so well looked after by Stephanie and Dave that not only did we have a wonderful stay but left feeling like we made new friends! Stunning property. Beautiful, clean, quiet and most comfortable room including all the desired features and conveniences. Beautiful waterfront , ... we simply can't say enough and whole heartedly recommend this amazing Inn.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saucy Willow Inn! Our room was very clean and comfortable with a view of the lake. Our hosts Stephanie and Dave have restored this beautiful property making sure to keep it period correct as much as possible. We would highly recommend a stay here at Saucy Willow and would definitely be back!

Saucy Willow is off the beaten track and an impressive find. None of us know when booking online from pictures and others giving their reviews what a place will actually be like. We were not disappointed in the least. Immaculate, pristine and peaceful are just 3 adjectives I can use to describe the Saucy Willow. Dave is the owner, he was sure to make time for us as each morning as he prepared for the Continental Breakfast. And btw, extraordinary! If you need a getaway to the Kawartha’s, visit the Saucy Willow. You will be very glad you did.

We had a great time here, Stephanie and Dave made us feel at home, from welcoming us in, taking pictures of us without us having to ask them, a celiac friendly breakfast, water sports and friendly fellow visitors! It was a last minute getaway for us and it did not feel like we needed anything as they have thought of everything we would possibly need. Thank you guys, we will be back ❤️

We stayed for 3 days and had a lovely time. The staff were wonderful. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. The "Continental Breakfast" was way better than any continental breakfast we've ever had. The scones were delicious and I got the recipe from Fiona. The owner and caretaker were always around to answer questions and tell us about the building and it's history. Having the lake right in front with lots of room to sit by the fire, and lounge. The beach was pretty and convenient. The amenities were excellent, with canoes, kayaks and paddle boards for all to use. It was very cozy and very well maintained and you could see the pride of the owners all over the place with so much attention to detail and the customer in mind. We felt so welcomed and at home. We received a really nice card and bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our 25 year marriage anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the new spaces being created by the owners. We highly recommend this place and will likely visit again next year.
