“If you speak English is bad when doing the check in or basically asking any question, so try any other language, then they treat you good. Room was ok and regularly cleaned but it does need maintenance, is kind of old. Bathroom was excellent. Very good location and safe. The pool and playgrounds are really not good, same goes for the restaurants. And the food in the breakfast is also not great. It’s ok if you don’t have any expectation. “The staff was courteous. We were in room 11A. The rug in the living space was visibly dirty and the lamps were like cheap IKEA fixtures. The tables were blocks of concrete with flimsily attached tops. Couch was too low for comfort. Curtains would not close. Otherwise, great views, nice restaurant, good location.
