Excellent service,the housekeepers are very nice,lovely people. The receptionist were very helpful and kind. It is a a beautiful hotel. The swimming is quite cold but ok. Breakfast is fresh,they have waffle machine. It would be nice to have a small kettle in the bedrooms. We had a lovely stay.

Everything was clean..... They Even tried to keep up in the mornings when it was breakfast even though there were rude people that just left their breakfast, trash everywhere, especially by the waffle station spilling milk on the counters and not even wiping it up. Just leaving it. I was trying to go behind people at the waffle station while I was waiting on my waffle and picking up trash but it never ceases to amaze me that when people are on vacation, they're the trashiest people because they feel like they have a servant or a maid but to the hotel staff Great job for keeping up.....

The text message response is also helpful when u have to text questions or concerns regarding the stay.
