The breakfast quality was fairly good however the sitting area was a party hall with tables arranged too close to each other. The double king bedroom that we booked was not given to us and instead a single king bed room was provided with extra mattress on the floor which was not at all nice. They didn’t even give extra blanket even after calling. Didn’t have tea/ coffee service at 6:30 AM and told it would start at 7:30 AM. The room provided was quite nice and clean however not what we booked. At Rs. 10K, The room was super pricey due to VIT admission season.

The front desk staff was not friendly, and I had to wait more than two hours to check in, even though the official check-in time was 12:00 PM. I eventually had to contact Expedia to get the issue resolved and receive my room. The room itself was decent, but overall, the experience did not justify the price. I don't feel the stay was worth the money. Not a recommended place to stay

Pls do not list this hotel in Expedia platform, infact this particular hotel should be treated as lodge, WiFi doesn’t work, buffet breakfast is just useless, if you want to order food at room, hotel staff will say chef not available, coffee/ tea prices are at 5 star hotel level where as this particular hotel doesn’t stand to be at par with roadside hotel, hotel staff behavior is worst, they go impatient, my family couldn’t even use hotel WiFi, hotel staff argued it’s working for them but they didn’t even bother to troubleshoot, I spent $370 but these hotel doesn’t even deserve to charge $1, it’s a net loss for me. I would request Expedia to delist this hotel from your premium platform to keep up your reputation rather than spoiling, this hotel is not even qualified for India’s OYO room.. worst experience ever had, I regret wasting my money.
