We have been staying at the penthouse but it’s not clean! We stayed here in July and the same rubbish/dirt was still found when we visited again in September. They simply don’t clean or vacuum the rooms or clean the kitchen area. In July there was rubbish on the floor of the living room and the same rubbish was present in September. The hotel need to deep clean the penthouse it’s filthy.

Very nice hotel. Great reception staff. Centrally located within easy walking distance to the main center of town. Parking is limited so be sure to book a space directly with the hotel.

1) The hotel cleaners never cleaned our dustbins for 3 days the same rubbish was there from when we checked in till we checkout 2) the curtains are falling off and don’t cover all the windows, it was very hard to get any sleep whilst sleeping on the sofa bed as the light was coming in 3) the sofa bed was not made up and we had to wait 1 hour 45 min from 9pm till 1045pm till someone came to bring us linen/pillows/duvet 4) the bathroom shower was disappointing the water was so slow and half way through the water cuts off then followed by a small break the water starts again with ice cold water. This was the penthouse

Very disappointing!

We booked at the Diament Plaza because it was a new hotel with a good location, close to the train station and walking distance from the conference center. When we arrived to check in in the evening, we were told that our room had been "destroyed" by the previous customers, and they had no other room available. They first wanted to move us to one of their other hotels which was 6km from the city center! We had to check online ourself to discover that they had another hotel next to the convention center. They did no propose it directly. We had to force them to check whether there was a room available. There was one, which we luckily got. But the hotel was much older and less comfortable (two uncomfortable single beds instead of a queen, from the 70s). They never offered us any refund or anything to compensate for the difference. We also saw other customers being told their room had been given to someone else, because they "didn't confirm their late arrival". Very bad...

Toppfint hotell nära till allt i Katowitz. Våra varmaste rekommendationer. Frukosten överträffar det mesta som vi upplevt, helt underbar. Ska man vara petig var andtaget till duschen trasig och schampo och tvål i all ära men som kvinna önskan man även även conditioner till håret.

Also der Teppich im Zimmer war komplett verbraucht, fast eklig. In der Dusche gab es keine Ablage für das Duschzeug. Aussicht aus dem Fenster? In das Fenster gegenüber. Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Und das Restaurant Kaktusy ab 13Uhr ist sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück für 95 Zloty ist aber etwas zu hoch.
