We enjoyed staying at the Hotel Blue & Cottages. The staff were very friendly and helpful, while the Annie cottage comfortably suited our group of 4 adults and 4 children.

No staff was around, but there was info how to check in after hours. Hotel floor creaks with every step. Smells like abondoned, old house. No screens on windows. There was breakfast available when it said it was included in the fee. The hotel is ok but I will never stay there again.

The heated pool and outdoor space looked brand new. Had a great time having a night swim in the middle of winter. The location was great, right across the street from the marina. The room was also very clean and updated. Highly recommended!

Ms Bronnie at reception counter is the nicest person and very helpful, She shares her knowledge about Katoomba and vicinity and above all she made our stays like home away from home. . Oh yes the male staff (forgot to take his name) at the counter too is very helpful

The location of the property is great. The parking onsite is limited but there is also street parking. The beds are very comfortable and there is adequate heating and airconditioning in the rooms. The bathroom is in need of maintenance to deal with the peeling paint and mould. The breakfast starts at 8am.
