This hotel was all we could ask for, great location, exceptional staff, nice rooms and food. Kashmir and Raj were two of the many staff who went the extra mile to help usโ€ฆ even arranging for a forgotten piece of luggage to get returned to us at the airport! Raj helped us find anything we wanted, even a good tailor! A good experience for all of us!

Staff is great. Really good at their jobs. Welcoming, friendly, and try hard. The whole place was really clean. The only issue is the neighborhood. There is a ton of construction on all (!!) of the neighboring buildings. And the neighbors are impossibly noisy. I'd still be there if I could've taken a nap at some point.

The location is convenient. When I visited, the road in front of the hotel was under construction, but they informed me before my arrival, so it was easy to reach. They kindly upgraded my room, which had a lovely balcony. I chose the plan with breakfast, which was generous and filling. Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice hotel near Thamel ๐Ÿ‘
