Wonderful. People who work there are very kind and they try to help as much as they can. It’s the first impression of the Nepal for me, and people at this hotel represented their country well. I’m grateful. 🙏 Namaste They also have nice roof top terrace with beautiful views. At the reception everyone speaks English very well. People at the restaurant cook food with love. And I’m grateful for the helpful shuttle from airport because I arrived at night after a very long flight. Thank you

Service from staffs was amazing! I enjoyed free pick up and drop off from/to airport. But room wasn’t clean enough and I saw few baby cockroaches which is unacceptable but I dealt with it. I believe property owner/management is aware of it but hasn’t done proper cleaning, I think they just sprayed some insects spray, there was strong smell of that, which was unpleasant. My suggestion is to make the property insects free and maintain cleanliness.
