10 minutes walk to the Bouddhanath stupa, yet quiet and away from the crowd. Gorgeous rooftop restaurant.

Cheap and cheerful. Somewhat faded and needs a bit of tlc. But great for the price. Lovely decor in lobby, just like a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. My room was very large (a twin) and very bright, with 3 windows. It was overlooking a playing field with trees. Vinyl flooring was good, I noticed other rooms had old looking carpets. My bed was very comfy with clean linen. I slept great. It is 5-10 mins walk from stupa so great location. And away from busy roads and noisy beeping, which was a relief. Staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast simple but tasty on rooftop. Rather informal 😊
