The Ramada is a wonderful hotel! My entire extended family spent more than a week there when we were in Kathmandu for a wedding. The suites are spacious and comfortable, the restaurants are great, and the staff is incredibly solicitous. The only drawback is that the Ring Road is currently under construction in the area, which makes navigating by car and on foot slightly difficult but hardly impossible. The staff was always ready to call us a cab, and we managed to walk to a number of places in the area without difficulty. A very enjoyable stay!

Staff here are top notch! So welcoming helpful and ready to make your stay the absolute best it can be. Gym was great to help me train for my trek. Pool was beautiful. Restaurant is fabulous and the buffet for dinner and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be coming back here next time in Kathmandu!

My husband and I spent 4 nights here. The staff was extremely helpful. Some particular standouts were Bandana at the front desk and Shubashana in the restaurant. We didn’t get better outside view from our room but depending on which side of the building you're staying, you can definitely get a room with beautiful view. The staff at this hotel are wonderful! The area around the hotel is chaotic, but once you're at the hotel, it's a different world! Very clean, quiet, safe, upscale, modern, and beautiful. We were treated with the utmost kindness. The room was beautiful and they were kind enough to pack us a delicious breakfast since we had an early flight and couldn't eat breakfast there. We had a wonderful dinner upstairs at Chow Bella...the service and the food were exceptional! We were celebrating our anniversary, and they brought us chocolates and a beautiful cake, and decorated our room. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Kathmandu. We stayed here twice and loved it.

The staff were very nice and helpful The location of the hotel is not good. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, so it is dusty and loud. It is not close to tourist places, but the staff will help you get a taxi. The pool had a lot of bugs in it and there is a charge is you want to use the steam sauna. The rooms were clean and the food was okay.
