“Dirty toilet, no soap, doubtful if sheets were changed. Hotel seems to be run by 2 or persons who do everything from registration to breakfast service to airport drop. The breakfast was pathetic to say the least.. just bread with a jar of used jam, no toast, no butter. Black colored idlis... I am shocked such a hotel even has a rating on your site. Treebo should be penalized or blacklisted for this hotel.”

“Ginger stay in Mangalore was a pleasant experience.Well located decent budget place ,very pleasant well behaved staff.The restaurant is good,a tasty buffet breakfast.A bit of maintainance will make d rooms better . Simple requirements like dental kit ,shower cap could be provided with having to get on extra payment. All in all a good place to stay for a short visit.Would highly recommend.”

“A WESTERN TRAVELLER REVIEW The hotel was of a higher standard than most Indian hotels I have stayed in. But by western hotel standards it was poor. “Staff were friendly and helpful”

“Staying here has been the worst experience, forget other aspects, staff is not only incompetent but crooks as well. We booked classic room which was confirmed and when we reached the property, they claimed they are all booked and issue was with website. We had to settle for a much cheaper room since it was already late under the promise that they would refund the difference which they agreed to but never did. The room was smelly and there was no hot water. Staff acts oblivious to any issue if...
