“This hotel was undoubtedly a highlight of my trip. It’s beautiful, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Miyu I., who made us feel as though we were staying at a luxury hotel. She was like our personal concierge, helping us with everything, including securing restaurant reservations. Her professionalism and genuine care were outstanding. Thank you, Miyu, for making our stay in Nikko so memorable!”

“Hotel is a bit off the beaten tourist track, but worth it for a quiet visit. Great value for money and the host is so kind!! I was traveling solo and felt very welcome and safe. Easy walk to the abyss. By far one of the best dinners and breakfasts I had in Japan!!”

“Super clean, spacious, the only thing is that it says station front but we actually need to go around 10min walking to get there. Other than that it was a nice stay.”

“Lovely property and a very relaxing environment. Rooms well appointed and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The site had a very nice shop for practical items, as well as gifts. Location is right on the lake and near the local attractions. Room and package description could have been clearer, as well as more clarity on check-in time restrictions. Despite trying to contact the property well in advance of my stay - I only heard back from them on the day of arrival. Better communication...
