“El personal aunque no hablase español fue extremadamente amable e intentaron buscar la manera de comunicarse con nosotros a través del inglés. Destacó sobre todo la atención de Ramona, la de la directora del hotel y un camarero del buffet un poco más mayor pero con vitalidad y alegría para atendernos. Fue un viaje muy bonito y nos llevamos un excelente recuerdo. Muchas gracias ”

“Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist allerdings eher außerhalb, und im Ort selbst gibt es nicht besonders viel zu unternehmen. Außerdem hört man gelegentlich die Flugzeuge. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings könnte die Auswahl etwas größer sein. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm, besonders aufgrund des freundlichen Personals und der Sauberkeit.”

“We are a couple with an 5 months old baby. Extremely good hotel! One of the best we have been. The food is just amazing!!! Like in a Michelin star restaurant. You don’t get this feeling that it is cooked for a big hotel. Very cozy main restaurant. “This is no 5* star hotel. Superficially the hotel looks fine especially in the promotions, however in reality the facilities were poor and food was cold and uninspired. Rooms barely cleaned daily and amenities in room not replaced. The little touches of your normal 5* were not at this hotel. Had booked half board but gave up and ate out . Would recommend the Medsa and Island Restaurant (this is unrelated to the hotel)”
