Great staff, very friendly. Super breakfast options. The hotel is on the older side, but it is very clean and comfortable. Overall a great choice for a couple nights exploring this interesting town.

The hotel is very central but it's not in the best location. Overlooking the main train station, it's on a busy road with not the best views. Regardless of that, I found the staff very pleasant, the room spacious and clean and the overall experience good. It's more practical than charming but it did the job :)

Good hotel staff

We arrived late night and there was some booking trouble in my colleague. However, the hotel staff tried to check the problems and finally succeded to solve the problem. It took some time but staff behaviors are very kind and polite. I stayed nice time in Kassel.
