Thanks so much to Olga and all the other staff for making our stay so pleasant! The room was always spotless and we slept like babies. Breakfast had a great amount of variety and the pool was always clean and inviting. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! It was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the pool and the breakfast. Staff (esp the pool bar staff and Olga) were very kind and helpful. This is a place I will recommend to both families and couples. The only thing to take note that one should definitely have a car when visiting Halkidiki.

My parents and I stayed at this wonderful hotel in Greece for two nights, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel was comfortable and well-located. Olga, in particular, made our stay exceptional with her outstanding service. She helped us order breakfast, find great beach spots and nightlife, provided an umbrella for the beach, and quickly resolved an issue when I locked myself out of my room. Her friendly and attentive service truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable visit to Greece!

Best part of Sani Verde is Olga - the property manager. Olga is very obliging and was helpful throughout our stay but the place is on farm land and is far too removed from the nearest village: Nea Fokia. Though secluded and, presumably peaceful, it caters to families so the pool area, as nice as it is, is crowded and noisy. The suites are built with modern quality materials but there are design flaws that make things awkward (plus our shower head wasn’t working). Nevertheless the bed is very comfortable and the room is well equipped. The property is in dire need of a full service restaurant, it’s advertised as “apartments” so it bypasses that requirement but the word “resort” is also used so it confuses things. Mosquitoes are unrelenting so if you want to enjoy the stars at night cover EVERYTHING. The staff is acutely aware of this and will help mitigate the problem with a variety of countermeasures 😏 Cleaning staff is good but the serving staff struggles likely because the snack bar is ill equipped to serve patrons. All in all, good for a stopover if you’re visiting Halkidiki, or you have posh friends staying at their cottage, or the various luxury resorts, along Sani beach, as long as you adjust your expectations.

What a perfect little hidden gem. A very remote little piece of paradise, peace and quiet. Rooms are brand new and spotless. The rooms, public spaces and rooms very well cleaned every day. Olga and the rest of the staff make sure you feel like home away from home. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and you have everything you wish for. Before we came we actually planned to drive around and go to restaurants, do a hike or rent a boat. But once you lay down by the pool, you really don’t feel the need to be anywhere else but at Sani Verde. Thanks for an amazing stay and taking such good care of us. We were able to totally wind down.

Das Zimmer war in top Zustand, sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer ist klein geschnitten, der Raum optimal ausgenutzt. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Die Kinderbetten sind im vorderen Zimmer also beim Eingang und gleichzeitig Ausgang auf die Terrasse, die Küche / Toilette schließt dort an. Wenn man empfindliche Kinder hat, könnte das problematisch sein. Wir haben das Zimmer zum schlafen genutzt und waren sonst viel unterwegs daher war der Platz absolut ausreichend. Wenn man jedoch viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringt oder einen längeren Aufenthalt plant, würde ich eher eine größere Einheit empfehlen. Die Anlage ist schön und das Frühstück bietet für jeden was! Von der Unterkunft gelangt man mit dem Auto schnell zu sehr schönen Stränden zb Sani Beach und Simantro Beach (den fand ich traumhaft). Die Terrassen / Balkone sind eng, man hat die Nachbarn direkt nebenan mit wenig sichtschutz. Die Gäste waren jedoch sehr angepasst und rücksichtsvoll miteinander.

Wir bedanken uns für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt im schönen Hotel Sani Verde ❤️ !!! Die Hotelanlage befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Natur inmitten von Pinienbäumen. Die Deluxe Appartements sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Dort kann man auch Speisen und Getränke bestellen. Wir haben auch mehrmals dort bestellt und es war immer super. Das Frühstück ist gut aber sehr überschaubar. Zum Strand ist es ein bisschen weiter und man braucht ein Auto aber das weiß man ja wenn man bucht. Die Damen der Reinigung waren sehr gründlich und immer sehr freundlich. Unser Highlight waren unsere tierischen Besucher Kater Glycos und Mama Katze mit Baby‘s.Das Beste kommt ja bekanntlich zum Schluss und das ist Olga die Chefin, sie macht ihre Arbeit hervorragend und ist so freundlich. Liebe Olga vielen Dank für Deine freundliche Art, sie war das I Tüpfelchen von unserem Wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Anlage Sani Verde! Wir waren vom 31. Juli bis 5. August und haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Die gesamte Anlage liegt wunderschön und ruhig zwischen zahlreichen Olivenbäumen und riesigen Kiefern, was gerade im Hochsommer für eine besonders angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der große Pool mit Poolbar. Das kleine Frühstücksbuffet und die große Auswahl an Snacks war wirklich ausreichend, beeindruckend und perfekt. Den Abend konnten wir entspannt bei einem guten Drink in ruhiger Atmosphäre ausklingen lassen. Unser Appartment war sehr schön, modern und großzügig gestaltet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die riesige Terrasse bzw. der große Balkon – einfach ideal, um morgens oder abends draußen zu sitzen. Die Gastgeberin haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Sie war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders wertvoll waren ihre tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, schöne Strände und authentische griechische Restaurants. Sie hat uns sogar persönlich bei den Restaurants angerufen und Reservierungen für uns vorgenommen – ein Service, den wir so nicht erwartet hätten. Die wunderschöne, gepflegte Umgebung, die großzügigen Zimmer, der tolle Pool, die entspannte Atmosphäre und vor allem die herzliche Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Insgesamt ist die Anlage für uns eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Apartmenthotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Noch nie waren wir in einem Hotel, das so ruhig gelegen ist. Die entspannte Atmosphäre lädt wirklich zum Abschalten und Erholen ein. Alles ist äußerst sauber und es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Managerin Olga: Sie ist unglaublich herzlich, stets hilfsbereit und unterstützt ihre Gäste bei allen Fragen und Anliegen. Schöne Strände und gute Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Auch die Beachbar vor Ort ist absolut empfehlenswert – mit leckerem Essen und erfrischenden Drinks kann man dort wunderbar entspannen. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist zwar nicht sehr groß, für uns jedoch vollkommen ausreichend und qualitativ gut. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und können dieses Apartmenthotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen wieder! Wir hatten das 52 m² große Apartment, das sich mit einem Kleinkind als sehr angenehm erwiesen hat. Alles war tadellos sauber und gepflegt – die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank war ein echter Mehrwert für den Alltag. Hausherrin Olga hat sich stets sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert und war dabei durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ein Highlight. Das Abendessen aus der Poolbar war einfach klasse. Besonders schön: ein Outdoor-Trainingsbereich ist vorhanden, und eine 1,6 km lange Laufrunde wartet direkt vor der Tür. Zwei Sandstrände, ideal für Kleinkinder, sind nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein Besen für die Terrasse sowie etwas mehr Stauraum im Apartment wären praktisch, aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Fazit: 10/10. Wir sehen uns definitiv wieder.

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt. Positiv: Wunderschöne Umgebung - die Natur ist wirklich wunderbar. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und haben immer ein en super Geruch. Olga ist wirklich nett und tut alles damit es einem gut geht - Danke dafür Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig und bietet mit Liegestühlen und Essecke eine gute Möglichkeit draußen den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Der Pool ist ein Hingucker und bietet viele unterschiedliche Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Allgemein (persönliche Meinung): Eher für Familien als für Paare geeignet, da man doch sehr eng aufeinander sitzt und man die Nachbarn und Kinder hört (wir hatten Glück mit unseren Nachbarn) Frühstück ist ok - keine große Auswahl. Wir haben unser Frühstück im Zimmer eingenommen und mit eigenen Lebensmittel aufgestockt. Die kleine Kochnische ist für minimale Gerichte, wie Omelette oder Nudeln, passend.
