Overall our stay was excellent! The unit was VERY clean and smelled fresh as well and was very accommodating. It is a bit confusing trying to figure out what door to go in, especially after hours. The paid parking was great but is extremely tight trying to maneuver in the parking deck.One thing we did not like was the furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable and stiff feeling. The bed was comfortable but it dipped in the center making getting out of the bed difficult. Communication was very good! If we are in Charlotte again we will definitely make a reservation to stay.

Everything was great!One minor issue but it was all good, sometimes you do things that need to get done! Easy check in because I was a little worried, but it went smoothly! I will definitely stay again!!! Only downside was parking, with the construction of another building right there, parking was tight for a guest. I hope they will rectify once all the building is complete!!

Quiet and near light rail and uptown Charlotte. Room was too sterile/cold. It was very clean and spacious, but not very comfy. The mattress sank in middle and couch was uncomfortable. Bathtub deep and no grab bars. no hangers. Ok kitchen. Instructions were good but complicated check in . Virtual front desk was responsive. Extra for parking which is pretty much only option..

Everything was great! convenient location and clean and nice apartment. Our son lives in the area so we may be back! The only negative was finding the right door (there are many!) to get to the apartment and get our bearings as it is a very large complex. Once we got the hang of it and where to park in the garage to get close to our apartment it was fine but it was confusing at first.
