A great villa holiday

Everything was good, the owner was friendly and helpful. Recommended us places to visit in Kas. The villa has a washing machine, which is very useful. Overall amazing stay.

The space inside the unit is beautiful. Having your own private pool was very cool and the unit was clean and well kept. The host was nice to deal with but he did want cash for the cleaning fee and room deposit. He gave the room deposit back on checkout with no issue. Now to some of the issues. For 2 days of our stay we had little to no hot water. I wasn't sure if the hot water only works during the day or what but we couldn't use the jetted tub when we wanted due to no hot water. We went in September and the temperature was very hot but the pool was freezing and unswimmable. We stayed 5 nights and did not get any cleaning services and used the same towels. I did not ask for more but I feel like this should be offered in a longer stay. The area around the property needs a lot of work and is quite messy. Overall the stay was fine but I would not stay again .

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at the Villa Ay in Kas.The villa is excellently located.if you have a car, it takes only 7 minutes to go to city centre. If you don't have a car, busses are passing near the Villa , The hosts of the villa were very kind.

I bought this villa with package tour on expedia.Nice location.We really loved it.Private beautiful terrase and pool for this price.Clean and spacious room. Only there isnt breakfast.The personel were mostly nice and helphul.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Ay war einfach großartig. Die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders die Privatsphäre mit eigenem Pool hat uns begeistert. Trotz ruhiger Lage ist das Zentrum von Kaş in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der private Parkplatz war ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
