Small hotel with friendly owners. We had a room with sea view. The roof top is where breakfast is served and is open to guests for their own use ouside of these hours. 2 minute walk to a beach club with direct access to the sea. 5 minute walk to the port. Beautiful small town.

The hotel itself is nice, very clean with spacious rooms. The young chap that runs it was polite and informative. The young lady cooking breakfast was also delightful. The location is great for Kas. I left 2 days before o was due to as the hotel was very noisy. I was in the room directly above reception where there is an electrical generator behind a sliding door. This generator creates a banging sound all day and night continuously. I never got any sleep, it was like sleeping on a building site. I lost 2 days accommodation and had to pay to relocate just so I could sleep. It’s not fair to paying customers to have to put up with this, I paid for 7 nights but could only stay 5 due to the intense ongoing banging from the electric generator not to mention noisy inconsiderate guests. An expensive experience for me that was not my fault

Lovely stay at great location

Great location, few minutes walk to the Kas town centre. Also just some steps down to the sea! Parking anywhere in town centre is problematic but hotel kindly arranged this for us. Also, due to an accident we arrived very late at night, they stayed in contact with us and checked us in. Breakfast and views were lovely on the rooftop.

Wonderful stay

I have a hard time giving this hotel a good review. The location was amazing and the staff that checked us in was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good as well. But the main thing was how thin the walls were.. both nights we stayed there was screaming kids up until 11pm and again screaming at 7am. I feel like everyone could hear them screaming the whole time.. noise travels a lot. Maybe if those other people and their kids weren’t staying there we would have enjoyed our stay a little more. But the thin walls are definitely an issue

Niet wat we verwacht hadden

Oud sfeerloze hotelletje in centrum. We hadden een kamer op de 3de verdieping. Geen lift. Kamer had schuine wanden waardoor we constant onze hoofd stootten. Bovendien was onze kamer Direct naast het ontbijtzaal wat erg lawaaierig was. Mijn vrouw werd de eerste nacht rond middennacht wakker gemaakt door overijverig personeel die druk bezig waren borden en pannen in de keuken op te ruimen. Veel herrie van gezin met twee kleine, zeer irriterende kleine kids. (Werden meemalig gewaarchuwd door manager) Douche kop kapot. Kon dus niet normaal douchen. Manager behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook de prijs was vriendelijk.
