Küçük, temiz ve samimi otel deneyimi

Odalar gerçekten temizdi ve güler yüzlü bir hizmet aldık. Çalışanların enerjisi harikaydı ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltıları harika, ayrıca yanında çay kahve meyve suyu alabiliyorsun. Kahvaltı yaptığımız alan çok tatlı manzaralı ve çok sakin, huzurlu bir alan. Odamızda mini buzdolabı vardı, saç kurutma makinesi, su ve su bardakları mevcuttu. Havlu sayısı yeterli düzeydeydi. Her şeyini çok beğendim, sadece park yerleri çok dardı ve biraz yukarıda kaldığı için park etmekte zorlandım, daha düz olmasını tercih ederdim. Oda manzaramı görsele ekliyorum.

Odamızın manzarası harikaydı. Fakat tek güzel şey buydu. Onun dışında Ne yazık ki ilgi alaka yoktu. Otele giriş yaptığımızda hiç bir çalışan tarafından karşılanmadık. Bavullarımızı 3 kat boyunca taşımak zorunda kaldık kimse yardımcı olmadı. Günlük oda temizlikleri çoook üstün körü yapılmaktaydı. Ayrıca kahvaltısı gerçekten kötüydü. Özellikle reçeller vb mini kase kahvaltılıklar bayattı. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim bir mekan.

Can sıkıcı bir deneyim

Otelde kaldığımız süre boyunca personelin iletişimi ve ilgisi çok yetersiz ve profesyonel dışıydı. Oda ilk geldiğimizde temizdi fakat günlük temizlikler gerçekten çok yüzeyseldi. Kahvaltı gerçekten kötüydü. Otelde karşılama, yardım iletişim vasattı. Tesiste ödeme olmasına rağmen önceden ödeme aldılar. Onun dışında odanın manzarası gerçekten güzeldi. Fakat sadece manzara için bir oteli tercih etmezdim. Otelcilik anlayışını beğenmedim. Bir daha burayı tercih etmem. Can sıkıcı ve moral bozucuydu.

Odaya girdik ve sonra baktık ki kliması çalışmıyor. Yetkiliye söyledik ve aldığımız cevap yapacak birsey yok.yarın yaptırırız dediler fakat yine yapılmadı.rezelat bir tatil geçirdik . Sıcaktan odada uyuyamadık.boyle şeyler önceden kontrol ettirilir.otelcilik anlayışı sıfır

Odada TV yok ,gerekte yok olağanüstü manzaralı teras bölümü var ,çift kişilik yataklar rahat ancak Kızıldeniz gibi ikiye ayrılmış bir şekilde , otel personeli son derece profesyonel hijyen üst düzey ,oda boyutları gayet geniş giyinme bölümü dolap ve banyo son derece ferah ,pazarlık konusunda ve fiyat politikasında son derece katılar ama ödemenizin hakkını veriyorlar ,kaş merkeze ve plajlara aracınız varsa 5-10 dak mesafe … Kaş merkezdeki otellere kıyas son derece sakin huzurlu manzaralı ve serin .

Nice short stay during our visit to Kas

Picturesque views from room (especially sunsets). Could be quite cold during night. Don't forget to close balcony. Good breakfasts

Huzurlu, Sakin ve Doğa ile iç içe

Huzurlu ve doğa ile iç içe bir konaklama oldu. Odamızın sade konseptini çok sevdik. Odamız gayet temizdi. Düzenli olarak temizlendi ancak temizlik personeli maske takmıyordu. Otel genel olarak sessiz ve sakindi. Otelin işletmecisi Ann çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever biriydi. Ancak diğer personeller onun kadar iletişime açık değillerdi. Biraz daha güleryüzlü ve iletişime açık olabilirlerdi. Odamız giriş katında olduğu için balkonumuzda zaman zaman kediler oynuyordu. Havlularımızı asarken biraz rahatsız olduk açıkcası. Otelin kahvaltısı çok keyifliydi. Serpme kahvaltı ürünleri lezzetliydi, yumurta ve pişi servisi çok güzeldi. Zaman zaman arılar kahvaltı keyfinizi bozabiliyor. Otelin teras manzarasında kahvaltı etmek en sevdiğimiz yönlerinden biriydi. Otelin Kaş merkeze uzak olması daha sakin bir konaklama geçirmemizi sağladı. Aracımız olduğu için ulaşımda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Gökseki'nin yolu gayet güzeldi. Merkeze 10 dakikada ulaşabildik. Otelin otopark için ayırdığı alana giriş çıkış yapmak biraz zor oldu, bazı günler alt yola park ettik, otopark alanı biraz daha düzenli olmalı diye düşünüyorum. Genel olarak huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
