Lovely hotel for family and seniors

The hotel is about 15 minutes drive from Kazuizawa train station. If you don have your own transportation, taxi fare from train station to the hotel is close to 5000 yen one way. However, the resort is quite large and rooms are spacious. If you aim is just to relax and chill, this hotel is for you.

Found a nasty bug in the room. Impacted my children’s experience- the staff did not care or wanted to resolve the issue.

夫婦で利用。部屋は清潔で快適でした。夕食は大変おいしかった。ホテル周辺の庭園も手入れされており、大変綺麗だった。お風呂についてはホテル内および敷地内の別の専用施設のどちらも心地良かった。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、こちらの無理も聞いてくれて感謝しております。

軽井沢で素敵なホテルに出会いました🌿 ルグラン軽井沢ホテル＆リゾートは、自然に囲まれた静かな空間で、温泉も景色も最高でした。コンシェルジュが山の上まで案内してくださり、浅間山を眺めながらいただいたアフタヌーンティーは特別な時間でした☕️ 急なお願いにも対応していただき、美味しいヴィーガン料理まで用意してくださり感謝です。また軽井沢に来るときは、ぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。😊✨

自然の中でゆったりできるホテル

家族旅行として宿泊しました。部屋が広いし、館内が山の中にあるので、子供達も自然に触れ合ったりできてとてもよい環境でした。また部屋も広いので、ゆったりと過ごしやすかったです。部屋のアメニティですが、子供宿泊記載していましたが、歯ブラシや、スリッパなど依頼しないと用意がなかったので、事前に用意があるとありがたいと思いました。
