ホテルの施設、対応、清潔さは非常に良かったと思います。一つ残念だったのは、ホテル内でアルコール類が購入できないことと、コンビニが少し離れているので、夜に小腹が空いたり、喉が渇いたときは、少し物足りないですね。 ホテル自体は、素晴らしいですね。

悪くないけど、駅から遠い

駅から遠く、周りに何もないようなところにポツンとそびえ立つホテルでした。 周りに建物が一切ないので、上層階部屋からの田舎めいた眺めは割と好きでした。 今回は温泉宿を探していたのですが、天然温泉ではないようなお風呂だったので、そこは少しイメージと違ったかもしれません。 スタッフの対応は好意的で、チェックインの時間よりも前に到着することを伝えたところ、快くロビーを使わせていただくことができました。 スタッフさんは慣れていないせいか、最初戸惑っていたようにも思いますが、実際は気持ちよく迎え入れてくれたものと思っています。こちらのわがままを聞いていただき非常に感謝しています。 翌朝の朝食も衛生面に配慮された感じで、朝食メニューも満足でした。 ビジネスホテルとしてはリーズナブルで、その割にはお風呂施設や朝食などは大変満足のいくものでしたし、スタッフさんの対応も満足いくものでした。 ただ天然温泉ではなかったと思うのと、何よりも佐久平の駅から遠いので、移動のタクシー代を考えると、今度はもっと近場で済まそうかなと思いました。

夕食を心配してコンビニ弁当を持参しましたがレストランが営業していましたので心配不要でした。大浴場があって気持ち良かったです。駐車場も広かったです。機会があればまた是非利用させていただきたいですね。

丁寧で気持ちの良い接客で好感が持てます。周辺は田園地帯で、自動車が必須です。10分程度で佐久平のショッピングエリアに行けますので不便は感じませんでした。静かに休みたい人にお勧めです。

総合的に◎

角部屋だったため部屋は広く、ゆっくり休むことが出来た。部屋のお風呂はごく普通でしたが大風呂が小ぶりながらもお湯が良くしっかり温まりました。ホテル内にレストランもあり、風呂上がりにビールが楽しめます。朝食は絢爛豪華では無いもののメニューが工夫されてて十分楽しめます。
