We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was beautiful. The entire hotel maintains a sort of romantic vintage feeling but has completely updated bathrooms and every sort of modern amenity one could need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Karuizawa.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

Really enjoyed the experience at the hotel: located in an exclusive area. The staffs are very attentive. The breakfast is amazing and the service is top notch. It is near Kumoba pond. The scenery is mesmerizing.

静かで素敵な散歩を楽しめます。

食事中シャツにたまごをこぼしてしまい、おしぼりで拭いていたら、スタッフの方が洗剤つけたおしぼりをそっと渡してくれました。お願いしたわけでもないのに、細かい気配りに痛く感動しました。ありがとうございます。

全体的には満足です。 スタッフの方の応対もよく、さすがという感じ。 残念なのは、ユニットバスの仕切りが半分ほどしかなく、バスマットがびしょ濡れになってしまわないようにするにはとても気を使いながらシャワーを浴びないといけないこと。 シャワーカーテンだとカビも生えやすいし、今の仕切りは清潔感もありオシャレなのかとも思いますが、なんとかしていただけるとありがたいと感じました。

今回、初めての家族三人でご利用をさせて頂きました。 館内、客室共、非常に静かで清潔でリラックスし過ごせました。夕食は、コース料理とアラカルトがございまして、お好みでどちらとも選べご注文出来ます。また、ラウンジのワッフルとフレンチトーストは絶品でした。こちらに宿泊されますと、旧軽井沢ゴルフコースに午後からですが、スルーでラウンドをすることが出来るそうです。また、お伺いをさせて頂きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。
